Cancellation
Due to the time-sensitive and customized nature of our services, time has been specifically reserved for your appointment. If you must cancel or reschedule an appointment, we ask that you contact us 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. This will allow us to open up the spot for someone on our wait list. If you cannot provide 24 hour reschedule or cancellation notice, you will be charged 50% of the price of the services reserved, and can be turned into store credits.

No Shows
If you fail to provide advance notification for your missed appointment, you will be charged 50% of the full amount of the service.

ARRIVAL
If you are late for an appointment, it may be necessary to reschedule. Your technician will do their best to accommodate you. In order to ensure total relaxation and enhance treatment results, we encourage you to arrive 5 minutes prior to your reservation.

GUARANTEE
Our works are guaranteed. If you have any concerns with the service you received, let us know within 3 days and we will fix it to your satisfaction at no extra charge.
